Official Rules – PLNDR “Ride Around & Get It” Contest

THE CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER US TERRITORIES) AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW AND AMERICAN ENGLISH. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER THE CONTEST.

Entry Period:The Contest begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET, February 15, 2013 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer clock governs time stamp.

Prize and Winner(s):One (1) grand prize winner will receive a 2013 Audi A3, on a 24-month lease from a local dealership of PLNDR’s choosing. An eligible winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older upon entry. The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within 10 business days of drawing. Winner must provide their own car insurance for the vehicle. Insurance policy must be sufficient for a leased vehicle. The winner must defray all cost to accept the prize, including Registration, Gap Insurance, Tags & Title fees.

The winner's eligibility for the prize will be revoked under the following circumstances:

• If the email addresses invited to join PLNDR failed to subscribe to the website
• If the entrant’s membership cannot be confirmed within the campaign period
• If PLNDR regards the entrants referral emails as fraudulent
• When the prize is not conformable to the law in the winners’ state
• When the winner declines to receive the prize
• When the winner cannot be reached by PLNDR within 3 business days of the drawing
• When the winner has unpaid traffic or moving violations
• If the winner has committed a felony
• If the winner has a warrant out for their arrest

How to Enter: To enter the Contest, you must do all of the following during the Entry Period: (1) go to plndr.com/contests/car and sign up to receive PLNDR’s promotional e-newsletters and invite a friend to join. All sign ups must be received by the end of the Entry Period in order to be eligible. Each friend that is invited counts as an additional entry into the contest.

Prize Qualifications & Eligibility:Subject to the limitations described below, natural persons may enter the Promotion online at plndr.com/contests/car by submitting an email address as directed (“Submission”) and sharing via social networks (“Share”). Multiple entries are valid. Entries must be received by November 15, 2012 at 11:59 PM EST. Eligible winner(s) must sign-up to receive PLNDR promotional newsletters to be eligible for prizing. All entries become exclusive property of PLNDR and will not be acknowledged or returned. PLNDR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Promotion at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion. PLNDR is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, failure or malfunction in electronics, hardware, software, communications or security or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner(s). If dispute over online entry arises, entry will be deemed submitted by authorized e-mail account holder. By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold PLNDR and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possess, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes not listed in prize are sole responsibility of the winner(s). Employees, officers and directors of PLNDR, and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. PLNDR will not indemnify under any conditions (claim, litigation, and direct or indirect damages created during term & upon finally delivery at the end of said lease.

DISPUTES and CHOICE OF LAW:Except where prohibited, each contest entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Boston, MA, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) participant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.
