Returns

Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice. Please check the reason for return in the appropriate box which can be located at the bottom of the invoice. To process your return and receive an RA number, visit the returns page and input your order number. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns

Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RA being generated.

There are NO REFUNDS for returns on PLNDR.com; Returns are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange Only.

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.

Drop-Ship Items do not get returned to the same warehouse. These returns need to be shipped separately to 334 Boylston St Suite #200 Boston, MA 02116 ATT: Street Vault.

Kazbah Returns should be sent directly to the brand and not to PLNDR. These can be mailed to the address on the box they were received in with a note stating how you would like the return processed.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

A separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.

Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, PLNDR will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RA number.

There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned to our corporate offices in Boston instead of our Warehouse in Kentucky

Price Adjustment Policy

PLNDR does not offer price adjustments for any items purchased.

Shoe Return Policy

We accept returns for shoes that are defective or unworn as long as the RA is set up within 30 days of the original purchase. PLNDR only offers exchanges or store credit for any shoe that is returned.

Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. Store credit or exchange will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. . Please note that PLNDR is not responsible for returning the shoes to you. This will be determined by the PLNDR staff. All returns must come with the original shoe box.

DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box because they would be damaged in transit. Any returns without the original shoe box or with damage shoe box will not be accepted. Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.

Swimsuit Policy

PLNDR does not accept returns on swimsuits.

Underwear Policy

PLNDR does not accept returns on underwear and intimates.

Toy and Hard Good Return Policy

We do not accept returns for toys and hard goods on non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different Toy or Hard Good item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within THREE (3) DAYS from the date of receipt.

ORM-D & Beauty Product Return Policy

We do not accept returns on ORM-D or beauty products (make-up, cologne, perfume, etc.) for non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different ORM-D or beauty product item. If your merchandise has a significant defect, we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item after the item is inspected by our warehouse to ensure that it was a vendor defect. You must contact us within THREE (3) DAYS from the date of receipt.

The not-so-fine print:

  • We recommend members receive a tracking number when sending back returns.
  • Return mailing labels can be purchases during the RA process.
  • There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without an RA number.
  • There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned to our corporate offices in Boston instead of our warehouse
  • PLNDR does not offer price adjustment on any items.
